At Cake4Best, we strive to provide the best quality cakes and customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund & Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of cakes, we do not accept returns. However, refunds or replacements may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The cake received is damaged or spoiled upon delivery.
  • The incorrect cake or order was delivered.
  • There was a significant issue with the quality of the product.

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you experience any issue with your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@cake4best.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order details along with clear images of the product showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

3. Refund Processing

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If a replacement is issued, we will arrange for a fresh cake to be delivered at the earliest convenience.
  • Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • Cancellations requested after 2 hours may not be eligible for a refund, as the preparation process would have begun.
