At Cake4Best, we strive to provide the best quality cakes and customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refund & Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of cakes, we do not accept returns. However, refunds or replacements may be issued under the following conditions:
- The cake received is damaged or spoiled upon delivery.
- The incorrect cake or order was delivered.
- There was a significant issue with the quality of the product.
2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you experience any issue with your order, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@cake4best.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order details along with clear images of the product showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
3. Refund Processing
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If a replacement is issued, we will arrange for a fresh cake to be delivered at the earliest convenience.
- Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
- Cancellations requested after 2 hours may not be eligible for a refund, as the preparation process would have begun.
